The worst pain is by far lifting the leg straight up. I had maybe an hour and a half of sleep. Movement still hurts, I think I should have elevated my leg higher to begin with. It works much much better when you have someone to lift your leg onto the pillows. I try to do toe pushes in sets of 10 about every half hour. I had to get up to go to the bathroom. Just moving my leg off the two pillows and crutching to the bathroom and back was excruciating.
